Elastic Connection Platform (ECP)

China Telecom International's Elastic Connect Platform is a connection service designed to cater the cloud related user. It is a cloud-to-cloud / DC to Cloud transmission service which is optimized based on traditional MSTP/SDH link and provide cloud based testing, provisioning, delivery and management tools to customer. Through the cloud service provider API and SDN based transmission backbone network of China Telecom, the self-service monitoring, configuration and management could be provided to customer.
